We provide operations and maintenance for rail mobility solutions outside of Europe. Putting our customers’ needs at the center of our projects, we operate and maintain rail infrastructure and rolling stock for passenger and freight transport and deliver sustainability, reliability and cost-efficiency.
Our history
Founded in 2017, DB International Operations builds on Deutsche Bahn’s globally recognized operational experience and expertise, which have been developed amid strong competition over the decades. Our activities outside of Europe enable us to apply our experience and know-how in the operation and maintenance of complex railway systems around the world. We do so to support the drive for sustainable mobility and to bring goods to their destination.

The ICE1 train enters operation, marking the start of the era of high-speed rail. Since then, we’ve put four more generations of high-speed trains into operation
